Shipping Methods

• Most decorated orders of new logos ship within 15 business days, plus transit time to your location. The following is what takes place during that time frame:
  • By 5th Business Day: Your corporate logo is digitized and the embroidery file with a logo proof is created. For embroidered goods, the logo is stitched out onto a piece of fabric with measurements for your approval. For all other goods, a digital proof is created.
  • By 15th Business Day: After a stitch out and/or proof is approved, the order will be released to production and decorated. The order is finished, packed up, and shipped out!
• If you need your order sooner than the standard lead time, Rush Processing is always available on embroidered orders (and may be available with other types of decoration, as well)--please contact us for further information.
• Blank sample orders ship between 1-5 business days (plus transit time to your location), as we warehouse product across the country.
• Processing time on hard goods & corporate gifts may vary--see the calendar on the item page for specifics.
• Free shipping applies to all decorated orders within the continental United States (exceptions may apply). If shipping internationally, you can view your shipping costs (excluding duties & taxes) on the checkout page.
